Woow after being in and out at fnb branches and finaly decided to send my complain to hellopeter , I woul like to thank fnb for taking this matter seriously and for actioninng with immediate effect.

I received a call from Stanley from fnb complaints department this guy explained everything in detail and made sure that I understand every thing and he also answered all my questions in a very polite and professional manner.

My queries are resolved Thank u soo much Stanley I soo wish that fnb can employ more people like Stanley what a well trained soul.
