I went to FNB soweto gardens branch code 250034 to do a cash deposit, Teller by the name of Hamilton the guy is so so rude client service nothing at all. I went straight to the atm so as I was busy doing the deposit one the note was rejected so I went straight as he was standing out doing nothing with the security guy to enquire if he can exchange my note he just pointed straight to the door, ok I assumed his saying I must go in of which I did went inside got a lady at the door sanitize I explained my situation she said the person who can assist is outside I may take sit 10minetus pass I asked the lady Rendani or Rudzani not sure is thr anyone who can assist she the asked one consultant to call Hamilton which as he came in he just went straight to the back office after sometime Rudzani tells me to go to Hamilton I went to Teller area greet the guy he kept quiet ok I handover the note he checked my note under uv light he throws me a different note. So his rude no Customer service he does not greet facial expressions angry did you as a company force the job?
