FNB

<p>In May 2016 and under mysterious circumstances the physical address of my bank statement reflected that of my husband's ex-wife. Have been in contact with FNB for months attempting to get them to investigate. FNB has responded with the following:</p> <p>"I refer to the complaint logged to us regarding the change of address.</p> <p>As indicated in the previous written response that was sent to you, there was no ***** that took place. The displayed incorrect address on the statement was due to system errors which affected most of our clients. Our findings did not suggest any ***** activity as you might have suspected.</p> <p>No further steps were taken by the bank as this was system error."</p> <p> </p> <p>Does FNB think that I am F&!? stupid? </p> <p> </p>

Dear Rahim,

You have not rep**** within the time that you indicated in your reply. I did, however, receive a call from Premier Solutions. The individual that I spoke to had no background knowledge of this matter. When questioned about the history of this matter he says "your emails state that your husband changed the address on your bank account"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Numerous emails were sent since May 2016, twice per week, to various ***** departments.

The individual indicated that an internal investigation was conducted and the outcome concluded that there was a sytem error. Seriously?? A system error where my address is changed to that of my husband's ex-wife. How convenient. There was no system error. This is *****. FNB has failed or refused to conduct a thorough investigation i.e. by opening a case with the SAPS / Commercial Crimes. The address is clear on the bank statement and the persons residing at that address need to be investigated. The individual who called asked me "what must he do" so there - that is what you do?

FNB has breached the confidentiality contract and I will pursue this matter till the very end.
