FNB

On the 20th of November 2016 FNB deducted an amount of R10174.00(HOW DO YOU EXPECT A PERSON TO LIVE WITH TAKING MOST OF THEIR SALARY) from my account without my knowledge and agreement although I have a payment arrangement with Barrett and partners. I called the legal department from the Southgate branch ,held on for over 30 minutes ,and they informed me they can only refund me if i get a letter from the lawyers ,which I did obtain and sent through to FNB. To date I have not received any refund from them. I am a single mother and rely on my salary for basic needs .Its now end of the month and I need to pay for rent and feed my kids .this is totally unfair of FNB.
