Reviewer Update
With many failed attempts FNB once again just informed us that because FNB's platforms "user friendly" they are allowed to duplicate account numbers and they do not need to verify account holders. Just as long as you use the correct branch code and area code, they carry NO responsibility toward securing your money. Why do we need ID documents when opening an account and why is the bank account registered in your name when the bank doesnt even acknowlege your account name Now I ask you how is this the safest ,best bank in SA? We will be taking legal action against FNB and also against the person that received our money.
