FNB - 1 month for a simple query.

After 1 month minus 1 day, the useless bank sent me an email, basically telling me that after my inquiry nothing has changed. 30 days to reply to me on a simple query. I feel sorry for people that has a real query, they will probably get old before they will be sorted. But hey! I got at least 3 reference numbers. Thank God 2 other banks have helped me with by business and it is only a matter of switching the DO and the relative nonsense in a moment that suits me best. Bye FNB, you can continue to ***** others but not me any longer.
