FNB #1 bank, but reply on email lacking...
I have emailed [Email Removed] and some of the other email addresses on numerous occasions and I am lucky if I get a response in 48 hrs or at all even.

For a bank that is knows to be innovative this side is really lacking. I prefer to send emails, as opposed to holing forever to speak to a call center agent.

Take Telkom as an example, they have a service on their website where you can Chat to an Agent - Live! Absolutely brilliant.

Maybe look at implementing something similar?

Sue
