My husband and I are both elderly and dont understand computers too well. We had to visit FNB Main Ave branch for assistance on several occasions, The young lady EULALIE NERO who helped us several times was so patient and kind and very definitely an asset the the bank. How can we help you was certainly very apt

04 Aug 2020, 17:40Once again I was at the FNB main Ave Randburg branch due to ***** on my card and once again the staff was fantastic with their kind assistance especially ***MEEDA ADAMS who continued to help me even though the bank had closed. She persisted with patience till my problem was resolved
