If you are over 55 no matter how many years you have banked with FNB you are a ZERO to them. If you are not TEC smart forget about getting any response from the nerd empire. I need to reverse a ********** debit order but have no idea how to actually speak to a human. The same debit order from homechoice was deducted last month, it took 7 days for someone to call me and it was reversed but was deducted double this month.....now the battle to speak to someone, have contacted on "chat" and emailed customer care ...NO HELP what a **** BANK.
