Hi fellow readers,

I recently visited the FNB branch at The Crescent in Umhlanga KZN seeking financial aid with regards to my personal profile. When entering the branch I was directed via the ticketing system to a consultant named Arishma Nundlall.

This young lady gave me the best service and financial advice that any person can ask for. She managed to save me great deal of money each month by consolidating all my dept into one coherent loan. No other consultant ever mentioned this option to me which is actually very upsetting.

Historically I have visited the branch on several occasions, however, Arishma's service is unmatched, and will remain this way if FNB does not step up their game.

I don't want to delve into the specifics but Arishma took cognisance of my future plans and assisted me so that I have the best possible standing when applying for my future home loan.

I am very grateful to have consultants of this caliber attending to my needs when visiting a branch. This being said, and I have to reiterate this point, Arishma is one of a kind and deserves a position higher up the chain of command. If she can make such a difference on her current level, imagine her potential in a higher level role.
