FNB

I deposited money at FNB Skukuza ATM, money went inside the machine only for the receipt to say unsuccessful but the money never came out. Went inside and a form was filled in and ref number given. I went again and was told they is nothing they can do as the waiting for head office to assign someone???? So there's no number to call and find out? I'm sitting here with a ref number that is not helping me with anything as the branch said there's nothing they can do.
