My name is busisiwe Nkosi I have a problem with FNB I settled my personal loan account 8 May I asked the paid up letter since June 2021 until today 05 January 2022 I call they put in 10 different departments and explain one thing. Worse part I hold the phone about 1hour pls help me and they put me on mute or hang up on me
