FNB

I want to close my account with immediate effect with FNB and i have requested this while it was on R0. Account is now on minus R500 part of it is due to their (FNB) charges and I need to pay it before it is closed otherwise account remains open. I find it very unfair where FNB such a big bank cannot pause/close the account so that nothing is charged thereafter and I pay what is currently owing. So in other words they building up more charges into the account for me to pay. That is very stupid and "NOT HELPING AT ALL" according to their "SLOGAN" Wow very pathetic. HOW CAN THEY HELP ME. No they cant actually.
