FNB
Good day
FNB decided after 15 years I need to pay my credit card now with a debit order I may not EFT them any more. Even though I never slipped up with a payment.
In the 6 months that they have to put through a debit order it is the 3rd month that they *****ed it up now. I phone, I msg, I use the app. Every banker has a different story and then FNB has the cheek to downgrade my credit score when they ***** up

19 May 2021, 12:17Good day FNB
As per your banker on the app I EFT paid my credit card two days ago as you did not put through the debit order on the 15th. This morning you though it a good idea to put through the debit order after you have received your payment. I requested Standard bank to send back the debit order. I also called and spoke to ReferenceRm*** Motheo Lengoasa and requested her to make a note on my account in this regard (very friendly human but if the note was done I will never know)
I received a email that you will contact me on the 17th of May (ref 403624NF). Up to time and date no one has called me so that we can sort out this issue. All that happened is a ******* debit order was put through my account on 19/5
The e-mail did however say I did not have money in my account on the 15th. I send them the proof that my salary of nearly R40 000 went into my account on 15/4/2021 and again on 14/5/2021. No reply suddenly its quiet on your side.
During discussions in April your banker was of the opinion that my salary must have gone in later than your debit order, although I knew it was a lame excuse May my salary was in on the 14th so no lame excuse this time.
Also don't know who the person on this no is *** he called me in April and told me if I ever have any problem again to directly call him as he will be working with my account. Well I take it he does not work weekends but since Monday every time I call and the phone starts ringing the call is dropped from his side.
Can a senior person that knows what they are doing please call me that we can sort this out. I would like FNB to take the debit order of my credit card that I can EFT pay you again. I don't mind giving permission for a debit order if the place that do the debit order at least know what they are doing. FNB has showed in the last 6 months that they don't have competent systems/staff to do so.
Kind Regards
Elmaré
