fluid account

I stayed in mamelodi and i have opened a fluid account for my daughter In silverton branch and when i asked about the pricing guide, fees, charges and so on they told to check the pumflet in the branch, which were running out on that day but the advice me to check on their webside or any branch...i then decided to go to mamelodi crossing where i find this guy who assist people the moment you enter the branch and instead of him giving me the information im looking for, he told me i shouldnt ask him that i should have ask where i have opened an account and i have left the branch without any solution to my problem.
