Floyd of FNB stays late to make it happen

I was purchasing an iPhone through FNB at Sandton City. I arrived just before closing time. The FNB system for managing phone purchases was down / slow. However, Floyd went out of his way to make sure that I got a phone including requesting permission from the Branch Manager to stay late in order to complete the purchase. Thanks Floyd!
