Floyd Drops the line on client without assisting

One of the worst service ever! Im having a problem with the FNB Temp loan not taking money as per the agreement but taking small amounts deposited in my account less than the loan I have with them ,FNB i have been calling them for 2 days for them only to agents like Floyd who dropped the line on me without assisting me!! NB! Please teach your agents to note system errors that we tell them that your systems have so that you can investigate & fix these issues as they affect us as clients. please contact & assist
