Flisp Application done by FNB on my behalf

FNB app**** for Flisp on my behalf in Nov . The lack of communication is shocking . After receiving the quote and submitting my documents , I have to keep following up and only receiving 4 word answers, no status update , nothing. The consultant working on my case is worse I’ve ever come across . No escalations , no reassurance , no empathy . Can someone get back to me with a full picture of why my application is taking so long . The lawyers keep asking for follow ups !!
