Flexing on twitter instead of making US your clients happy first... Charity begins at home

Hello FNB

I see you on Twitter wanting to bless people, I'm unfortunately not on twitter just a reader. About two months ago you deducted money from my account for a paid up revolving loan and even when I complained, nothing was done about that. Why can't you let charity begin at home and use the money you want to throw around on twitter on US your long standing clients? I'd so much appreciate you cutting my overdraft debt.

Thank you in advance:)

I received a call at 13:49 from *** which a man who first mispronounced my surname and when I corrected them they didn't even acknowledge or try to correct this. They proceeded to tell me that they had received a complaint and wanted me to provide them with my ID number or account number. I found this strange seeing that I entered my details on this complaint... He said he had some details and when I asked he gave me incorrect information. I then asked for his details so I can verify if it was FNB calling me, he refused and said thanks and goodbye. That behaviour is rather questionable.

A few minutes after this I received a call from Patricia Holland who I had dealt with when I complained about the revolving loan and was more than willing to close all my accounts on the spot. She was still disinterested and clueless as she was the last time I spoke to her. She didn't know why I complained, what my complaint was about and what she actually wanted to say to me. Since you have no clue as to how to deal with your clients, rather not bother saying we are important to you and are doing useless investigations. And please never allocate my cases to Patricia Holland who I have seen many people complaining about here but still allow her to deal with clients.

FNB does not care about it's clients PERIOD!
