Flexi home loan Transfer disabled

I am unable to do transfers from my Flexi home loan account to my cheque account, was able to transfer two weeks ago, Have been talking to so many people at FNB, don't know how to get this sorted anymore. Not even my Personal Banker Motsamai Motumi seems to be able to assist me, why pay to be a private client if you still have to try and sort everything out yourself? If not for my house bond I would probably not be with FNB anymore. I need to get money out so I can renovate my house and pay the people currently doing work for me. Who can I talk to or email, please help FNB.
