Flexi Fix Deposit

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>REF # RG ********** 8748</p> <p> </p> <p>I opened a Flexi Fix Deposit with FNB in December 2015</p> <p>On the 15th November 2016 i transfered funds using the FNB Cellphone App from My Cheque Account to This FLexi Fix Deposit. This was ion Error. </p> <p>I Called to get this Reveresed and Was told i Cant do so and Can do that after the 19th of December 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>I Received a Message that my Funds have been Reinvested. </p> <p>I DIDNT ASK FOR THIS. </p> <p>I WANT MY FUNDS PAID TO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT. </p> <p> </p> <p>I WAS TOLD I COULD DO SO AFTER THE 19TH, THIS IS AFTER THE 19TH!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Where is teh Flexi in this. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Service i have received From FNB Is as if they doing me a Favout. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now i am told I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY. FOR WHAT??????</p> <p> </p> <p>My Call to FNB in November 2016 cant be traced! </p> <p>CONVINIENT</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY PAID TO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT. I DONT WANT THIS FLEXI FIX DEPOSIT AND I DONT SEE WHY I SHULD BE PENALISED!</p> <p> </p> <p>THANK YOU </p>
