Flawed Scheduled payments and no knowledgeable "private bankers"

I had an scheduled payment go through that wasn't scheduled for this month and even my "private bankers" can't do anything about it. The more I told them that the scheduled payment didn't show in the scheduled payment section, the less they understood. The system is flawed and all they can do is send me material on how to create a scheduled payment. Don't know why I pay extra a month for the "private banking" they are no help at all.
