Flagged Savings acc

I opened a current account in 2022 and was recruited by a consultant to add a savings account. We then agreed to it. 8 months later I couldn't access my savings money and asked to visit the nearest branch. On my arrival I was told my account has been blocked due to a *****ulent activity with Old Mutual. Even though my ID was involved in such activity my question is, was my account works so fine, but money I'm saving has been blocked? was a *****ulent activity done at FNB? The matter with Old Mutual is at their forensic department why can't I access my money? I need FNB to release my savings ASAP
