Flabbergasted Customer

The FNB branch at Welkom Boitumelo Junction service is very slow . I waited to be assisted for almost 2 hours , from 10:50 till 12:34 only for them to say their system is offline. The assistants were working very slow and were not considerate of the customers, and let alone the elderly that had to stand without chairs. They were completely and utterly inconsiderate.
