FIXED DEPOSIT MATURITY NOTICE AMOUNT, NO AGENTS ON APP CHAT.
Good day. I have used the app to give notice on withdrawal of a fixed deposit amount. I was informed it takes 24 hours but still no payment came through. Besides that I have tried to use the app to chat to your consultant and it is blank. This is not ideal at all as am unemployed and the little funds I wanted to withdraw is a small amount on my maturity date. Please can your consultant call me on my details. Pls someone also look into the app as this is supposed to be at our convenience and is not

15 Feb 2024, 13:08I spoke to a Dimkatso at the Fixed deposit section. Her line was bad and could not hear her and my husband was also trying to assist me understand what she was saying. She was very rude and totally unhelpful. I was trying to give her my address details and she kept on saying no mot that address. I did update my address details.jn Nov or Dec at the Florida road branch .This is such a bad experience for me.
