Fixed Deposit investment

I have bad experience with FNB ,my query is still not resolved to date,l used Fixed Deposit investment to secure my money,due to unforseen circumstances l then reach out to the bank in November 2023 to make a withdrawal, l went to the Branch in Boulders and the lady that assisted me told that l have to wait for 7 days of which l did and nothing happened ,l then phoned Customer Service and the story was different l was told to wait for approval as it's a Fixed deposit investment ,l then waited again for few days still nothing happened, l have sent emails ,phoned customer service several times, visited Branches still my query not resolved ,it's a nightmare. I was supposed to get my money by the 23rd of December 2023.
