I have been trying to renew a vehicle license for more than 4 months now, and getting no where.
The apps keeps giving me "system unavailable" error, right at the point of payment (even though I am on fiber and can navigate the rest of the FNB app without any issues whatsoever).
Or, even worse, when I want to renew my vehicle license disk, I select the vehicle, then go through 3 different steps, only to be prompted to select the owner, i.e. "Registered in your name" or "Registered in a business' name". Then I have to RE-ADD the vehicle to the app.
This is the most frustrating user experience ever.

I cannot even add the vehicle to the app again.
So, even though the vehicle is in the "Garage", I have to re-add the vehicle when trying to renew the license!
Is it AT ALL POSSIBLE to send me a manual payment link, or an account number and amount to make an EFT payment so that I can get my vehicle license renewed? As it stands, I the license is behind and I am payment fines due to the FNB app not working properly.
I cannot even add the vehicle to the app again.
So, even though the vehicle is in the "Garage", I have to re-add the vehicle when trying to renew the license!
Is it AT ALL POSSIBLE to send me a manual payment link, or an account number and amount to make an EFT payment so that I can get my vehicle license renewed? As it stands, I the license is behind and I am payment fines due to the FNB app not working properly.
