Fix Secure Chat or remove the option

This secure chat option is NOT the one! But as someone who needs vocal rest I don’t have an option since Personal Loans does not respond to emails, EVER! I connected on secure chat at 11h14 and got bounced around several consultants and it’s 12h13 without assistance! HOW is this helping clients?
