Fix my email address, not rocket science !!!

Despite about ten ( 10 ) attempts to get you to update my email address, you have still been unable to fix this simple thing ???? Now that you have closed all your email functions, you want me to hang on the phone listening to all sorts of excuses and apologies yet still nothing happens !!!!
