Fix my damn profile

Sick and tired of FNB's app and system. There is always an issue with my profile. I want to invest my savings in a Money Maximizer (or any freaking Invest account), I keep getting errors on my app. I try to do it online on my laptop, same issue. I call the call centre and speak to those dumb robots, eventually get through to a human, even they are not able to process it because of the same issue. Can you guys once and for all fix my freaking profile or whatever the hell the problem is? I am trying to use the damn products available to me and receive the services I am paying for but I can never do this. I always have this issue when I want to add an account.
