Fix it now or names will be shamed.
FNB: your share investing platform does not have the KBO ticker available anymore - for the last 3 weeks. How do I sell these shares on your platform? it's being traded on every other exchange except on FNBs platform! If this is not fixed by end of the week I will start naming and shaming all the individuals I contacted so far. I am fed up of having to follow up countless times just to get a response from anyone - only for them to ask me again to explain the problem. YOU DONT NEED TO CONTACT ME AGAIN, THIS IS A SYSTEM ISSUE NOT AN ACCOUNT ISSUE. Just let me know when it is fixed!

I will claim damages from fnb if I am unable to sell my shares by the time this is fixed.
I could have potentially sold the lot for R70 000 in the last couple of weeks. At this rate it looks like the company will be liquidated by the time fnb allow me to sell my shares.
