Fix it

I had 2 loans with FNB which were 2months in arrears I made all payments in December. I asked for a settlement letter and the loans department advised I'll only get one after 45 days. I asked why it showed -63c and was advised this too would be resolved. Now I check my credit record record and I'm 3months in arrears. I have paid FNB IN FULL.
