Fix it and Shut it down! ******** (-5 stars)

@fnb -R8,50 decline charges from an unknown source amounting to almost -R750? On an account I was adviced was no longer active. Is this a ****? Bank staff sending me to my banking app to cancel it with no clear instructions. Please explain? Or rather just shut down the whole account because I won't be paying that much money that I am unaware of. Starting to think the bank benefits from these. Also, how on earth do you allow an unauthorized debit to keep debiting but there's no fees in the account? In addition to that ******* I cannot cancel whatever it is that causing this. FIX IT!!!!
