Five star award to Lettie Botha from FNB Sasolburg

Lettie Botha at FNB Sasolburg is the most amazing person we have come across in many years. We don't have the words to compliment her and thank her enough for the help and assistance she has provided us with. For many years she has looked after our parents' bank accounts and investments and gave them excellent guidance and advice. When my father passed away at 87 three months ago it was Lettie that immediately got to work to re-arrange my Mothers' financial affairs and got it all in order for her. Lettie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about her product. She offers efficient and gracious customer service and a level of detail and accountability that one seldom finds nowadays. It is clear that she is passionate about her job and her customers and goes the extra mile to assist with any and every problem. She is a true asset to FNB!
