Fitbit Charge 3 hasstles

Hi, bought a smart device through FNB (Fitbit Charge 3 SE) , device worked fine for 3 weeks, placed on charge last night for gym this morning....No Screen display when we woke up.

Followed all the manual advice to get it to work again, No success.... Checked the fitbit site, foolowed their advice ...No success...

Called the FNB device center, was told that device needs to be booked in, and that warranty doesnt cover water damage (as an example ....keep in mind this device is waterproof up to 50 meters, comes with a swimming app, and can be used as part of training) - Also, this device isnt water damaged.

Was also told that assessment would take 7-15 working days (which means i will pay for a month - feb - for a device i dont have....) ....after this REPAIRS (to a 3 week old device) might need to be done, which will then take longer obviously

To recap - Device is THREE WEEKS OLD No physical damage whatsoever , worked fine by 00:08 when the last sync on the app was recorded from the device

I checked Fitbit's forums online, this type of error is a device error, and fitbit replaced many devices (charge 3 and charge 3 se) as a result of this....

Not happy to be without my device for a month Not happy to have a device that is THREE WEEKS OLD, repaired instead of replaced. Not happy to be told that water damage isnt covered (even on a 50m waterproof device - i also use a forerunner 935 triathlon watch- bought from fnb devices as well - triathlon = swimming.... How does this work then?

I want my fitbit charge 3 replaced, its 3 weeks old!! THREE WEEKS!!!! Hell it still smells new!!!

Ok so now the device was found to be manufacturers error, so the credit note was sent to FNB, they told me if i want another device or a different one i must just reapply for it. Tried it on phone and online, in both cases it says i cant afford it>??? So how could i then afford the one that was broken after 3 weeks??? Still not happy guys.
