First/New Credit Card Holders pay R250 Delivery Fee

I can’t believe what I am seeing on my Credit Card. This is my first credit card I took with FNB and they’re charging me a R250 delivery fee. The funny part is, the Card was not delivered - I collected it at a branch. This was never discussed in the pricing guidelines. **************** if you ask me. I run my own business and courier parcels much bigger than this to the other side of the country for less than half of this rate. The point is, FNB is ridiculous with their rates. I am expecting a refund as the service was never delivered.
