Firstly, to get hold of FNB Life on *** is pathetic!! Ive been holding for more than 15mins for someone to answer but with no luck and had to cut the call. This happened more than once..everytime! Secondly, I then tried to speak to someone on the secure chat on the FNB app.. same thing..I've been put from pillar to post. App telling me it's connecting me to all sorts of people and then having to explain myself over and over again and still not getting any joy in anyone helping me with my query! You just can't get through to speaking any natural person. Pathetic! 😡. Very very disappointing!!! And that's an understatement!
