First time FNB customer totally satisfied!

I was convinced by my partner to change banks and move over to FNB. As most people are, I was hesitant, due to the long queues, unfriendly/unhelpful staff and all the rest of dreadful things that come along with going to the bank. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I was very wrong. I made an appointment with Zihle (customer banker) who my partner had dealt with previously and was blown away by his prompt service, very friendly attitude and his informative and honest advice. His entire appointment with me was dealt with in a professional yet relaxed manner, which made the experience a very pleasant one!<br> My faith has been restored, and I will defiantly be going back to the Walmer Park FNB Branch in future and recommending Zihle as the number one customer banker to deal with.
