First Rand *****ulent authorisation access

Be careful of Firstrand and their shadowy practices. i had an unauthorised enquiry into my credit profile done by one of their employees on the 11th of August 2026. Seeing as i know this could have been *****, an attempt to possibly *****ulently obtain all of my personal information, i immediately reacted by contacting the various "helpline" numbers from the Fnb website. What a waste of time that was !

After numerous phonecalls to their ***** department, where i was cut off nearly each time and then sending emails, to which i still have not received any response, i will definitely not be wanting to be doing any kind of business or personal matters with these guys.

To date, 19 August, no reply, by email, as i requested, along with wanting to know who the company or person was, conducting this unauthorized actions.
