In 2018 FNB uproved a loan in 2018 when I was not working, but I was receiving some money from an investment. My investment has now lapsed and FNB declined my claim on the policy I had for the loan. I was also wrongfully advised by one of the FNB consultants at the FNB branch at Umlazi Mega City about how to lodge a claim even though I had notified her of my situation but the bank absolutly refused to re-asses my claim and.
