First national bank is the legal representative of Paypal South Africa despite numerous emails telephone calls and face to face meetings they are refusing to assist me with my Paypal account. they have washed their hands of my problem and said there is nothing they can do about Paypal. As the representatives of Paypal in South Africa i find this service appalling and completely unexceptionable. How can a large South African banking institute like fnb merely wash their hands of a South African citizen, leaving them destitute.
