FIRST NOTORIOUS BANK NEVER NEVER TRUST THEM
Be very careful if you decide to use First Notorious Bank they never deliver on their promises. I bought a house through FNB. Firstly they promise no attorney fees that are not true at all, after that they sent out an assessor (during covid) to assess the property. I disputed the assessment and evaluation they just blatantly refuse to listen and gave me the square metre of the property and told me that's the amount it must be insured for and instructed Outsurance to do so. I assume this is a professional evaluator and he is working with approved building plans and will check the property structurally(that's not the case). We moved into the property in September last year in August we had a major rainstorm and discovered there are problems with the roof and no building plans for the alterations that were done. I then contacted FNB about the problems they then rep**** that their assessor takes no responsibility for the plans or the structural integrity of the property. My question then is how can he evaluate the property and then insist that the property is insured for his replacement value if his evaluation is based on nothing no approved plans or any structural integrity compliancy?
