First notorious Bank

Could someone please help me understand when any action will be taken against the biggest ****mers in this country? Big businesses just do what they want!!!. I got a home loan with FNB for the last four years that was never in the rear and never had a late payment. I also had an advance amount on my home loan that I always used to get some interest on in the last two months FNB just decided that the advance amount is no longer in advance but it's a loan amount and now they deduct money from that amount and I also don't get one cent interest on it anymore.??????????????? I just can't understand how big businesses get away with this ?????????
