First Nonsensical Bank (FNB)

After going through an ordeal with them and them claiming to investigate my case. talking to consultants and also superiors and getting reassurance that the account has been cancelled and closed.(even getting a confirmation letter they still did the same mistake they did last month. at this point i dont even feel its a mistake. Think its time i should involve the ombudsman involved. Tired of FNB cant be dealing with the same thing over and over again. they quick to take money but when it comes to correcting their mistake no urgency.
