The other day I saw a message that FNB won best private bank in South Africa. I almost fell off my chair when I read that. Best Private Bank in South Africa? I mean that great service must be sooo private that we private bank clients don't even know about. Ya best Private Bank like Donald Trump is the best President in the history of the USA. How does a bank have a Banking App that over a period of 24hrs is not working properly and yet they see no need to inform they clients. I mean they have all the information to contact a client and yet the way they tell you it is not working is to frustrate you when you try to login with a message just saying limited functionality.

It seems every month FNB charge one astronomical banking fees and yet the service one gets varies from kind of okay to absolutely horrible. Maybe we should only pay for the service we receive so instead of a fix amount one only pays for the service you get.
