They finally phoned me on Friday, promising they'll phone me the same day just before 14:00 - which didn't happen so another lie from this pathetic bank. Yesterday one Zanele Mahlaba tried to phone me and had the audacity to send an email saying she tried to phone me, but I must phone her back. How backwards is FNB??!!! You want to take a percentage of each transaction but you can't deliver back services?! PATHETIC!!!! Will recommend all my friends and family to close their accounts and go elsewhere!
