First National ******* Bank!!!

My father has been retrenched from his place of work since the end of Feb and had taken insurance to cover his debts but now FNB has been constantly deducting money from his account, the worst thing is that he deposited R4000 twice in his account and both times the money has been taken by fnb, he has submitted everything needed to submit to the bank and still they are still taking money, Why are you ripping people off
