First national bull....

I have been a client with Fnb for more than 6 years... All of a sudden I get sent a message that for fica purposes Fnb need my proof of residence... Firstly I have not moved from residence in the past 6 years but I comply and send via email to the address specified... I get told that it's not the correct format that I must send again, which I then sent another 5 times and in different formats only to get told that I should rather go to the bank....

Now I am not an IT expert but I have sent my proof of residence numerous times only to all of a sudden have my account frozen!!!!! I explained to a guy from Fnb that I am at work and it is very difficult for me to leave work to go to the branch and I was told I would be assisted.... I did NOT get assisted and I even asked management to give me a call urgently which a day later I am still waiting for.... So currently as we speak I have my account frozen and NO assistance from Fnb with this regard... It seems as if Fnb have to many clients or perhaps preferred clients... I urge anyone reading this to consider not to use Fnb as there bank of choice.... Fnb don't care about clients and feel the need to do whatever they please with there clients... Lastly if I don't get my issue resolved I will take a proof of residence instead to another bank and open an account somewhere else where I shall feel more valued!!!!
