First national boneheads
Now had enough of your terrible customer service. Have followed all advises for past 8 months. Clear credit record great at experian. Good salary. Can get credit pretty much anywhere except fnb. My own bank wo t assist in a simple increase in credit card or a loan when bmw financeapproved me for a 700 000 vehicle.
I've complained four times and requested help but fnb is u willing to help a customer. Seems a bunch of brain dead drones working at fnb.
Please contact me to close my account with fnb. I will be moving to standardbank.
Fnb should stamd for first national boneheads

12 Feb 2022, 13:00This is the same standard answer I get everytime. It takes 2 weeks of going through the same useless exercise over and over to get the same result. Fnb you are absolutely useless.
