first national boneheads

after paying off my credit card and requesting a paid up latter, after numerous phone calls to the accounts department and numerous requests to update itc fnb keeps saying it has been escalated and still nothing is done more then a week later. my balance is 0 and has been confirmed yet the bank who uses itc as a base to give credit does not update the records so when you apply its declined because they are to incomptent to do what is require of them
